Corporate Yogalates focus on placing professional personal trainers for companies of any size seeking trainers for their staff at their office or in close proximity. Staff members do not have to go out of office, be stuck in traffic and then get back more frustrated. We will source and manage instructors based on each company’s needs.
Save time and money by creating a healthier, focused work place.
Our trainers specialize in private one on one classes and their expertise is evident in our group programs. We offer group classes in all three disciplines: Yoga, Pilates and Yogalates. If needed we will also assist in sourcing trainers for programs like step, body conditioning etc.
Corporate Yogalates will supply equipment for each session and where needed, additional equipment can be purchased directly from us. As part of our commitment, we also conduct free assessments every 6 months to determine the best suited programs for your company.
We have handpicked professionals associated with us that can provide services to staff as and when needed. Additional 3rd party services include: Chiropractors, Biokineticists, Dieticians and Physiotherapists.
